These Booking Terms apply to all reservations made through privatetours.pt, operated by Autavantgarde, Lda.
By placing a booking on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Booking Terms, as well as our:

All bookings must be made through the website or confirmed in writing by email.
A booking is only considered confirmed once full payment has been received.
You will receive a booking confirmation by email once payment is successfully processed.
Prices may be displayed per group, per person, or both, depending on the service.
All prices are shown in EUR (€) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Inclusions and exclusions are clearly described on each tour or service page.

Credit / Debit Cards
PayPal
Bank Transfer
Cash (only if previously agreed in writing)
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Reservations without full payment will not be confirmed or guaranteed.
Entrance tickets, reservations, or services provided by third parties are non-refundable, once booked.
Privatetours.pt is not responsible for changes, closures, or restrictions imposed by third-party providers.
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
Transaction and payment processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any approved refund.
Refunds, when applicable, are issued to the same payment method used for the booking.

Any changes to a confirmed booking must be requested in writing.
Changes are subject to availability and may result in a price adjustment.
We reserve the right to modify itineraries, schedules, or services due to:
weather conditions
traffic or road restrictions
safety concerns
local regulations
force majeure events
Such changes do not entitle the client to a refund.
Clients must be punctual at the agreed pickup time and location.
Delays caused by the client will be deducted from the total service duration.
If a service exceeds the booked duration, additional charges may apply, subject to availability and client approval.
Driver-guide tours are conducted by professional drivers who also provide explanations and local insights.
Tours with a driver and a licensed guide include a separate professional guide for in-depth cultural or historical interpretation.
The selected service type is defined at the time of booking.
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate booking information
Following safety instructions
Respecting vehicles, drivers, guides, and third parties
Any damages caused to vehicles or equipment due to negligent behavior
All services are covered by mandatory passenger insurance, in accordance with Portuguese law.
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings.
Privatetours.pt is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
Privatetours.pt shall not be held liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
natural disasters
strikes
government restrictions
public health or security issues
These Booking Terms are governed by Portuguese law, and any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.
